Details of her life, family, illness and homelessness history was obtained from the family. Discussions about her post discharge follow-up care, support and supervision held with the family members.
The treatment team is looking forward to discharge the patient in 2 weeks time.

Six family members; including the husband, daughter, and sisters of the patient visited her in the hospital ward on Friday 1st March 2024.
