Alaska Airlines flight attendant Shelia Frederick was working a flight from Seattle to San Francisco.

She noticed a scared teenage girl sitting with a much older man who acted controlling.

Shelia slipped a note into the bathroom asking if the girl needed help. The girl wrote back: “I need help.”

Shelia alerted the pilots. On landing in San Francisco, police arrested the man and rescued the girl from human trafficking.

One quick-thinking flight attendant saved a life.
