@IRCTCofficial my Adidas Samba Sneakers worth 12,000 were stolen from Train 09004, G19, SL 15. It was stolen by a person sitting on Seat 30 of same coach. Multiple people confirmed they say him with my shoes. I have his photo as he was smoking in the train. Please help 🙏🏻

Today It's 1 month anniversary of raising a complaint with @ola_supports. I complaint to Nodal officer, tagged Ola founder, provided all details .. But nothing worked. I boycott Ola for future and will launch social media campaign to push more users to Boycott Ola @bhash

On 12Sep, I lost my grandfather and my mother took @Ola_Delhi to attend his last rites. The driver harassed my mother & force to pay ₹2000 more (TripFare of ₹2929 was paid already). No help from @ola_supports.

In outstation Cab Ola booked from Delhi to Mathura, driver asked toll charges worth Rs. 2000+ inspite of paying Rs.2900 for ride.

@Airtel_Presence Unable to transfer ESIM from my one phone to another. In the app there is an option but the app is not detecting my airtel number as an airtel number. It says “Enter a valid airtel number”. Please help .. I cannot call customer care as I’m out of India.

@YESBANK I was sold a Reserv Rupay credit card by your team specifically citing access to International lounges. I’m at the Istanbul Airport International terminal.. and the staff told me I do not have access on my card. I have a 3+ hour layover and relied on this card but stuck!
