It was great to welcome Bea Fitzgerald of Hachette to our final masterclass of the year!

We have had over 650 completions of the courses, masterclasses, workshops and events we have offered in 2018/19, to give our students a unique insight into different career pathways.

The prisoners got to improve their English skills, while our students created resources and improved communication within the prison.

As finalists, it has been a real talking point for our students when having interviews with employers!

This year, as part of a project within the English Language department, we have had students conducting Academic Placements at HMP Huntercombe, a foreign national prison in Oxfordshire.

Yesterday we were invited back to the prison to celebrate the success of the project!
