@EE Unfortunately, they didn’t - could only offer us complete broadband or better and no option to downgrade / no reason why. We can get the same deal with @SkyHelpTeam for almost £30 less!

@EE trying to charge us £48 for your broadband only package is shocking. Spoken to customer services 4 times and no one wants to help or take our complaint seriously - can’t speak to a manager, can’t escalate the complaint, can’t offer a better deal. Why?
