@ClintonDavidson@insidehighered No, it’s not. Ultimately, the students and the taxpayers will lose. And this is from a politically conservative business professor at Auburn.
@PAULSMILLE12865@insidehighered It’s not. I’m a professor at Auburn - a politically conservative one. This is a Board of well-intentioned people who have thrown the campus into chaos because they have no understanding of the importance of shared governance. Sadly, it’s ultimately the students who pay the price.
@IanFerrin@insidehighered Unlike you, I’m a professor at Auburn. This is a blatantly and patently false characterization of the faculty at Auburn. Learn something before you make crazy statements like this.
Wow. It's happening. #FreeIran I cannot sleep. This is history. Massive. God bless everyone in Iran and the US military. Of course I hate war but this is liberation.

@GrageDustin It's much easier to fire staff than faculty because faculty have due process rights. Clemson has been slow to respond because the administration and the board knew that this road would bring lawsuits. As long as tenure exists, it will be difficult to successfully fire faculty.
