Be a marketer. Do your job.

Some thoughts:
Even the most lovely, and best public speakers can fall into the "Um" habit on occasion. Usually when the person they're sitting with drops multiple "Um's."

I didn't think this post would be seen by anyone. Now, two people I've followed and learned from have reposted it. Always think about your words. Even when you're simply firing off a quick thought.
@Prof_Plough Not entirely suspending our social. I just don't see the need to keep posting our content everywhere because it's not driving traffic. We're going to test and iterate. I don't think social is dead. It just doesn't work like it used to.
It's not like it'll get any reach, It's not for my job. My students are rarely checking this site out now. This is just because I want a small victory lap.
