@myhandle Had a similar moment arguing with my sixth-grade teacher about whether a mile or a kilometer was longer. She said *out loud* said that a kilometer was 0.62 miles and then claimed that a kilometer was longer than a mile and she couldn't believe that I just wasn't getting it.
