@rohindhar It makes sense that the ones that need work to check all the boxes are falling through the cracks given how expensive it is to get them into box-checking shape. Might as well wait for another one that checks the boxes to hit the market.
@blueprintsmb22 Do you think your desire (or lack thereof) to buy would be different if you were in San Francisco where the rent/own math is similar but the (supposedly) impending IPOs for AI labs are quickly driving up the price of single family homes? Asking for a friend ๐ฅด
Bit of a cliche to hate on one's CRM but damn is it annoying to have new (billable) "AI Insights" reporting capabilities thrown in my face every day when table stakes capabilities like being able to scan/upload a receipt for job costing are feature requests that never make it out of the backlog.
My analysis is it's slop. The text is stuffed with decorative nonsense that forces the reader to think about how to read the article rather than the points being made. The core ideas are regurgitated multiple times, forcing the reader to pore over huge amounts of text for little gain.
I like the idea of business-wide exception counts as a KPI. That got me thinking about ways to ping a human (or draw from external knowledge bases). From there, determine if it's a situation that could happen again in the future, and if yes -> create issue for coding agents -> complete the software development loop.
Most ideas here aren't novel, but would be interesting to see many/all of them implemented as one system within one company.
@jamesonhaslam@CostaKapo Step 1: Find people who don't want to be on lists
Step 2: Create a list for people who don't want to be on lists
Step 3: Add em
@MaxRovensky@sanderbz Have *you*? Tradespeople absolutely are building their own software. Check your assumption that every tradesperson is a Chuck in a Truck who does the field work themselves.
@matt_slotnick@devahaz Brother you don't know what life changing is until you receive that first daily summary of your Gmail inbox from a cluster of 17 Mac Minis running OpenClaw
Brother, my investors and I are not taking our perpetually unprofitable AI dog walking startup to IPO because we want to become fantastically rich by offloading our equity onto the public market. We're doing it because we want to change the world.

Annoying to have to keeping prodding Astra to resume the work ๐
