It goes into the quarter the refund happened, as a correction against the quarter the sale was declared in never netted into the new quarter's sales. The accountant gets a line per refund: order number, sale date, original quarter, and its share of the original VAT, in the CSV too.

Profflow is now the finance OS for a Shopify store. Not another view of revenue — what stayed, and what to do next. Tax centre. VAT and OSS taken out before anything is called profit, split by the country the order went to.

The Operator. It prepares the next action from your own figures, and waits. Nothing runs until you approve it. Cash, 60 days out. Where the money is heading, as a range from your own days. VAT held apart: it is not yours to spend. Agency reports. The same figures, in the agency’s own name.
