5.30 a.m. this morning and a Song Thrush was singing loud and clear, even tho we're into July! I do love the Song Thrushes, they keep going after the Blackbirds have called it a day - and longer into the evening too. Came across this cracking poem below 👌👇🦆

(And when I myself read this poem, I often find myself becoming aware of that blessèd Hope from that frail and gaunt thrush ✨️)

A side note - the killer isn't disturbed in the sense we understand it, he's a product of the hate-filled political system over there. The division and hate makes people think a terrible act like that is justifiable.
