True Story: A team recently completed the Project OTY Lead with Confidence program, and a team member (we'll call them Sam) shared that one of their life goals was getting a milk cow.
Sharing goals becomes a conversation starter and creates opportunities to connect and collaborate as a team.
Now, this employee is in the perfect spot to get support from others for a dream that no one knew anything about.

This feedback is the dream for any team to hear, and we were lucky to get it in an interview with Mark Aylward, a Fortune 500 leadership coach who used our program to structure team training.
