On the last day, we were given two runs to try and break the record. Sarah broke the record with the speed of 24.85mph #mylifewithplym

During the week, the speeds on the track got slower. We decided to overhaul the bike, taking it to pieces and servicing it. #mylifewithplym

One day in the week, 3rd graders from the local primary school came to have a look at the bikes and talk to the athletes. #mylifewithplym

We tested and changed the bike during the week. This included adding seat padding, a seat belt and adjusting the steering. #mylifewithplym

On the 9th of September we set off. We had a 10 hour flight from Heathrow to San Francisco. Some of the views were amazing. #mylifewithplym
