💔 HIS NAME WAS FIRESTAR. PLEASE REMEMBER HIM. Firestar was a beautiful orange tabby cat. In one of the last images of his life, he is lying inside a microwave, one paw bound, looking directly at the camera. I can’t get over the fear in his eyes. His torturer turned it on for four minutes. Then, while Firestar was still dying, he electrocuted him. Another cat, Tigerstar, was tied up nearby. His reflection was visible in the microwave door as he watched what happened. Then the same thing was done to him. I cannot stop thinking about what these two innocent animals must have experienced. The terror. The agony. The complete helplessness. There is one piece of hopeful news. Thanks to the extraordinary persistence of animal protection activists, the man identified as their killer, Luo Fanghong, is reportedly now in police custody. But China still has no national law directly criminalizing cruelty to companion animals. Whether he faces meaningful punishment remains uncertain. Firestar and Tigerstar deserved warmth, safety, affection and long, happy lives. Instead, they suffered unimaginable cruelty at the hands of a monster (who also tortured many more animals). And what happened to them is just the tip of the iceberg in China, where lack of animal cruelty laws has spawned a proliferation of animal torture networks. We cannot bring them back. But we can fight for a world where what happened to them is a serious crime, with serious consequences. They claim to saw on different Platforms that a Person or a Group killed cats, dogs and other animals in horrific ways and the Videos are too gruesome. At the end from the Text is a Link to an Account, who is selling these Videos. Sometimes, they include a short Video from the Victims and/or Images against animal cruelty. ‼️These are Accounts the Video seller did himself to gain popularity and to avoid reporting. Please DO NOT comment on their Posts‼️ Many activists don't know that these Accounts are abusers disguised as animal activists. In reality, these are ads to sell animal cruelty Videos. The Solution: If you encounter these accounts, block and report them under spam, Illegal behavior and glorifying violence!
