THIS IS WHAT MY ASTRA NIGHT SHIFT DOES WHILE I SLEEP.

10:40 PM. I close the laptop with one goal: find companies publicly describing a problem worth a $2K audit.

11:15 PM. Signal reads new job posts and looks for work that sounds like a broken lead process: manual follow-ups, slow replies, leads nobody owns.

12:30 AM. Proof checks each company’s site and removes the weak matches. 500 posts become 12 companies with a visible problem.

2:10 AM. Angle turns each problem into a specific $2K Lead Leak Audit. Draft prepares a short teardown for each company.

3:00 AM. Guard checks the claims against the sources and holds every message. Nothing gets sent while I’m asleep.

8:30 AM. I wake up to one brief: 12 companies, 12 teardowns, and the evidence behind every offer. I approve the batch.

By Friday, 4 companies had paid $2K each.

$8K collected. The other 8 didn’t buy.

Astra didn’t sell in my sleep. It did the research, found the right angle, and left one decision for me.

I’m sharing the full workflow in this week’s free guide.

I ASKED ASTRA TO READ 100 COMPETITOR REVIEWS.

IT FOUND THE FEATURE CUSTOMERS WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR, BUT NONE OF THE TOOLS SOLD IT.

11 agencies now pay me $99/month for it. $1,089 MRR.

I was looking at project management tools for agencies.

Astra found the same complaint in 18 reviews: a client would ask for “one small change” by email, the team would do the work, and nobody had approved the extra cost.

The tools tracked tasks. They didn’t turn a change request into paid scope before the work started.
So I built that one missing step with Astra:

Client asks for a change → Astra drafts the new scope → the agency checks the price → the client approves and pays through one link.

I showed it to small agencies. Some said their current process was fine. Eleven signed up.

I didn’t build another project management app.

I built the feature its customers kept asking for.

Save this.

This week’s free guide shows how I turn public signals into paid offers.

I was researching project management tools for agencies.

I expected the usual requests for better dashboards and more AI features.

Instead, Astra found the same expensive complaint in 18 reviews.

A client would ask for “one small change” by email.

The team would start working, and only later realize nobody had agreed on the extra cost.

The tools tracked the new task.
They didn’t help the agency get the new scope approved and paid for before the work began.

Astra checked the competing products, mapped that missing step, and helped me build a small add-on:

Client requests a change → Astra drafts the scope
→ the agency confirms the price → the client approves and pays through one link.

I sent a short demo to agencies that regularly handle revisions. Some were happy with their existing process.

Eleven signed up at $99/month.

The opportunity wasn’t another project management platform.

It was the awkward moment all those platforms left to email, memory, and unpaid work.

$1,089 MRR from one feature hiding in 100 reviews.

@Vectorxeth It depends on the company's specialty, but usually AI can always be implemented

IF A COMPANY IS HIRING SOMEONE TO COPY DATA BETWEEN TOOLS, THEY DON’T HAVE A PEOPLE PROBLEM. THEY HAVE A SYSTEM PROBLEM.

@Vectorxeth true facts

[PromptSmiley 🟡 @Prompt0Guy]

I TOLD GPT ASTRA TO FIND A MICRO-SAAS HIDING IN 50,000 ONE-STAR REVIEWS.

IT FOUND ONE NOBODY WAS BUILDING.

It now does $9K/month.

I didn’t upload a spreadsheet or spend days reading reviews.

I told Astra to find repeated, expensive problems customers were already describing, but the software companies kept ignoring.

It scanned 50,000 one-star reviews across booking and scheduling tools.

One complaint kept appearing:

“My appointment was cancelled.
I had people waiting.
But filling the slot still meant calling everyone manually.”

The software could manage calendars.

It couldn’t recover revenue from a cancelled slot.

So I built the smallest possible fix:

A cancellation hits the calendar → Astra texts the waitlist → the first person to reply gets the slot → the calendar updates itself.

No new booking platform.
No CRM.

Just a revenue leak getting closed in real time.

153 local businesses pay $59/month.

$9,027 MRR.

That’s the opportunity most people miss.

I didn't build a better booking platform. I removed one manual step: when a slot opens, Astra texts the waitlist and fills it.

153 businesses pay $59/month for that gap. The best micro-SaaS ideas live between what software tracks and what users still do by hand.

@Vectorxeth Good article. The distinction between the task and why you need it is the most useful part. A model can summarize something perfectly and still miss the question you were actually trying to answer

[PromptSmiley 🟡 @Prompt0Guy]

@bluumik the film director angle is actually a good way to think about it. You can have a beautiful 3D model and still end up with a boring site if every scroll just makes it spin for no reason

[bluumik @bluumik]

POV: YOU FINALLY LEARNED TO BUILD 3D WEBSITES. A DESIGNER WITH ZERO CODING EXPERIENCE SOLD THIS ONE FOR $6,500 AFTER 11 HOURS OF WORK

He builds bike wheels for a living. He does not build websites.

A premium wheel brand asked him to make their new landing page. He said yes, then panicked for two days.

Then he stopped thinking like a coder and started thinking like a film director.

Here is what he did:

HOUR 1 - Wrote the story of the page in one paragraph. A black screen, a single line of light, a wheel that assembles itself out of the dark.

HOUR 3 - Told the model the camera path. Slow push in on the rim, orbit around the spokes, freeze on the hub.

HOUR 6 - Described the plot twist: the whole site flips from black to white as the wheel spins, and the text changes from "The Evolution of Performance" to "Handmade in Germany."

HOUR 9 - Added tiny details. Thin UI lines, corner labels, a small progress mark on the side.

HOUR 11 - Sent it to the client.

Their reply: "Which agency did this?"

Here is what nobody explains about 3D websites:

The 3D model is 20% of the work. The other 80% is the script. Where the camera goes. When the light changes. Which second the mood flips.

Developers spend weeks on the code. Directors spend an hour on the story and let the model handle the code.

The skill that pays now is not knowing Three.js. It is knowing what a page should feel like at every scroll position, and saying it clearly.

Most people will keep asking for "a cool 3D website" and get a spinning cube.

A few will write the scene like a movie and get a $6,500 invoice.

GPT ASTRA READ 500 JOB POSTS WHILE I SLEPT.

BY FRIDAY, 10 COMPANIES HAD PAID ME $2,000 EACH.

$20K COLLECTED.

I thought I needed more leads.

I didn’t.

I gave Astra just one instruction.

By morning, 500 job posts had become 12 companies already admitting a problem I could solve.

No ads. No SaaS. No list of random cold prospects.

I sent each company a short teardown showing where their lead flow was breaking, what it was costing them, and how to fix it.

The offer was simple:

A $2K Lead Leak Audit.

job post + company website → Astra analysis → tailored teardown → paid fix

10 said yes.

@0xBynode fair question. I didn’t pitch 500 companies, I picked 12 whose job posts pointed to a problem I could see on their sites, then sent each a specific teardown. Ten paid for the full audit

[PromptSmiley 🟡 @Prompt0Guy]

@0xvosss The $12k Weta comparison is where this lost me. Making a cool-looking sheet is one thing; designing something a team can actually build is another.
