“Kintsugi” is a traditional Japanese art of fixing broken pottery with lacquer and metallic powder.
This workshop is a unique challenge that applies Kintsugi technique to confectionaries using creams on behalf of lacquer🧐

9月14日〜16日、東京の広尾プラザ様にて開催される京都展の中で、金継ぎワークショップをさせて頂きます✨
今回新しい試みとして、通常の金継ぎに加えて、お子様も楽しめるお菓子(八つ橋)金継ぎ体験をして頂こうと思っております🍪🍰🍫✨
実はここ何週間か、夜な夜な実験をしておりました。Xでオレオの金継ぎクリームを見かけてから、自分でもやってみたくなったからです。

聖護院八つ橋様にご協力頂き、八つ橋に合う専用クリームをフレンチレストランのおくむら様に作って頂き(なんで協力してくれたんだろう、本当にありがとうございます)製菓用の材料を仕入れ、色々試してやっと形になりました。
材料はお菓子の材料ですが、工程や道具は本格的な漆の金継ぎそのままです。楽しみつつ、金継ぎの仕組みを知って頂けるのではと思います✨

そしてお菓子金継ぎやりたいんですとご相談したらトントン拍子にワークショップが決定してしまったのですが、
私は最高に楽しかったのですが、需要はあるのかな…？
なので楽しそう、と思って頂いた方は是非遊びにいらしてください。宜しくお願いいたします！
本格的な金継ぎ体験はアンティークの陶器支給で¥12,000。お菓子金継ぎは¥1,000でお土産つき。
金継ぎ体験は14日、15日の2日間です🫶✨
