Another @SouthwestAir fail. Waited nearly 4 hrs on the phone to rebook cxld flight and they only booked half of the flight - no return booked. Now just get a busy signal and website is overloaded and not working. Lines at airport unlike I have ever seen. #SouthwestAirlines

@SouthwestAir Haven’t received refund, on hold to rebook flight for 4 hours, only half the flight was rebooked: no return booked. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone. So, can’t see many daughter for Christmas and now probably not for new years. How ya gonna fix this?
