Imagine this:
Objective = The Chocolate 🍫 — The main goal you want to achieve, just like the sweet foundation of your s’more.
Key Results = The Marshmallow🏆 — The steps you need to take to see progress (and yes, they get sticky!)
Initiatives = The Cookie 🍪 — The actions supporting everything to reach your successful (and delicious) goal.
