@OsmanDervish preferred scrolling on his phone than listening to RA submissions for bringing back 30mins free parking in @LBofHavering. He seemed to find the whole thing amusing: it’s ok as his job/business is not at risk due to high street decline in #Hornchurch & #Upminster

@LondonHoskins @LBofHavering Of course online retail is MORE profitable but it doesn’t mean they can’t do both: many shoppers that did support @SwanBooks & shop in #Upminster have stopped doing so due to parking charges: its the final nail in the coffin. Lakeside and Amazon are the winners here.
