My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
We're ready.

Do you know why the gods always lived high up in the mountains, or why cities like Shambhala were built beneath the mountains?
It's because the breakaway civilization elites, who knew what was coming, always built their doomsday cities high up in the mountains to protect themselves from ocean water displacement.
The gods of Olympus, the gods of the Himalayas and Mount Kailash, the gods of Mount Shasta, etc.
Just observe what today's elites are doing and where they are digging. The main American bunker was built high inside Cheyenne Mountain.
Am I the asshole for being annoyed at the increase of people self diagnosing ADHD and Autism?
It’s almost like claiming to be “neurodivergent” has become a new way for people to avoid accountability.
It took me 8 years of overthinking, burnout, and self-judgment to realize what I’m about to tell you in 2 minutes.
This is how neurodivergent minds - the anxious, the hyper-focused, the “too intense” ones - were never broken:
You were never distracted. You were just paying attention to everything. The way light hit the wall. The sound someone’s voice made when it cracked. The silence between their words. Your brain runs like an 8K camera with surround sound - overwhelming, yes, but also what makes you a world-class observer. You don’t miss details because your nervous system is the detail.
You don’t think linearly. You think cinematically. Flashbacks, parallel plots, emotional B-roll - your mind cuts, pans, and overlays constantly. It’s not chaos, it’s editing. You’re not “too much.” You’re just trying to direct a story that runs 12 frames faster than the rest of the world can see.
Hyperfocus isn’t an accident. It’s your superpower trying to find a worthy target. You can spend six hours lost in one frame of an idea because you feel the texture of it - the emotional pulse under the surface. That’s not obsession. That’s precision. The problem isn’t your focus. It’s what the world told you was worth focusing on.
Your anxiety isn’t the enemy. It’s your body’s alarm system trying to protect your art. When you enter a room and feel everything at once - energy, tone, motive - that’s not weakness. That’s data overload. You feel first and think second because your nervous system speaks in stories before logic catches up.
Every single “I can’t focus” moment you have is really “I can’t fake it.” You can’t force creativity in directions your body doesn’t believe in. You’re allergic to inauthenticity. Your system shuts down when the story isn’t true. That’s why you freeze. That’s why you scroll. That’s why you sabotage. Not because you’re lazy - because you refuse to lie to yourself.
You were never meant to fit the productivity model. You were meant to move with rhythm, not rigidity. Neurodivergent creativity doesn’t follow calendars, it follows currents. When you stop fighting your natural cycles and start filming from them, everything shifts. Flow replaces force. Expression replaces exhaustion.
