@Rakuten Honestly this is the same experience every single time. Unable to provide proper contact options via your website. I have to literally go on X every time to get an email for reg her 1/10 times your staff is helpful or successful in resolving anything. @Ibotta is the way to shop!
@Rakuten customer service is the most horrendous I've ever seen it's basically nonexistent considering their online submission to submit a message for help has been down for days. Their lack of ability to allow customers to contact them is giving scam level.
@Target refusing to update my EM on file despite me having access to my online account via login credentials bc I can't receive a verification EM to my old email (bc lack of space and can no longer receive EMs, hence new EM) & won't use the a text option...

Beware of @Rakuten scams and months of no response from their customer care support to assist. Just repetitive acknowledgement of your claim but no response/resolution!!!! Do not use them, I have pictures of issue and emails if interested ๐
@Rakuten Are there any representatives that will actually respond and resolve my issue? Because I'm really tired of just getting acknowledgment emails and then nothing comes of it for months.

For the hassle I have to go through for all of this, if Iโm not refunded the entirety of my trip, Iโm going to take additional action.
@Uber_Support@Uber_Support Thatโs not acceptable. I was charged a $20 toll for the Holland tunnel westbound when there is $0 toll for westbound.
Also the toll for eastbound is LESS than $20.
Your team via email is refusing to refund me the portion ($20) of my bill that literally is fraudulent
