Who wins?
1 Horace: You can throw nature out with a pitchfork, but she always comes back.
2 Dostoyevsky: Man gets used to everything--the beast.

@AriFleischer My proposal:
The candidates are in soundproof booths with a mute switch in the hands of the moderator,
Who is Simon Cowell,
Drinking Scotch,
And in an especially foul mood.
@KamalaHarris We should encourage people, including children, never to judge based on looks. Let them be inspired by people who look different as well. Do not pander to any tendency otherwise.
@VitalikButerin Actually, it depends on (1) who I'm playing, and (2) how the game was going (was I winning and blew it, or losing and swindled a half-point?).
@mrfezzywig77 Maybe when the Critical Race types get that crazed, it means the whole thing is reaching its illogical extreme and will implode soon. We can hope.
@McCormickProf They will not, at least not all of them, be able to contain themselves. They will overreach and hurt their cause. But resist the tendency to blissful assurance. Their conduct, after all, will not be good for the polity, which doesn't need any more poison.
@EveKeneinan She adopted children from Haiti, thereby practicing parental imperialism upon oppressed populations. Her racist assumption was that Black people cannot raise children. So she had to take up the white mother's burden. Hiding behind pseudo-charity, so condescending.
@emzanotti Nothing is so tired as people threatening to leave the country over an election result. Maybe one person has actually done it. Stop teasing and go!
@SenFeinstein Democrats want to disenfranchise the opposition and kill children. Republicans want to appoint justices who will uphold the law. Therefore Democratic nominees may be opposed by all lawful means, but Republican nominees may not. No double standard, because the cases differ.
