@lexfridman Human intelligence is not strongly correlated with rationality. Might the same be true for artificial intelligence? Can we empirically trust AI to be reliably rational? A discussion with @vervaeke_john on the concept of artificial rationality would be interesting.
Well now ...
Looks like the REALLY BAD THINGS are actually more common after ** SARS-CoV-2 infection ** than after the Pfizer vaccine

Busy crowded factories are a #COVID19 challenge. An airport with loose restrictions is a problem.
But golf, tennis, cricket, basketball, baseball, soccer and other outdoor sports are NOT the problem.
Safe outdoor sports are good for physical health and mental health!
"We cannot overstate the extent of the #mentalhealth crisis facing children and youth."
We call on @ONgov to:
1. Immediately re-open outdoor recreation spaces for kids
2. Mobilize a plan to get students safely back in school

For more than 20 years, I’ve looked after patients with rare and sometimes life-threatening drug reactions. More patients than I can count.
I study drug safety for a living, and I’m rounding on a ward full of COVID patients right now.
I am getting vaccinated in two days.
@jkwan_md@celliottability Why not plot the average years of life lost rather than deaths? It would provide a more impactful perspective of what is actually happening.
@jkwan_md@celliottability Respectfully, 9 deaths is a representation of achievement not failure. Look at your curve from the first wave compared to this one. The blue line is not rising as sharply...yet. Recognizing success is as important as failure, especially when apathy is at an all time high.
