Yes, I say this with absolute pride - I am an RSS Swayamsevak, part of an organization dedicated entirely to the service of Mother India and society. More importantly, I am a proud Indian Air Force Veteran who spent 15 years defending the nation’s skies. I wear my identity and my background as badges of ultimate honor.

But why this desperate personal attack? Am I, as a citizen and an advocate, not entitled to exercise my legal and constitutional rights? Or does the narrative of "Freedom of Speech" only apply when your ecosystem is busy mudslinging? Is your master, Arvind Kejriwal, somehow above the law of the land?

Before snooping around my profile, maybe you should look at your own stellar track record. Aren't you the same gentleman who had to taste jail time over fake claims and crowdfunding controversies? The same serial offender who was legally ordered by the High Court to tender apologies and pay hefty damages for defamation? It seems a stint behind bars still hasn’t mended your ways.

Let this be loud and clear to you, Saket Gokhale - a man who has served the Indian Armed Forces doesn't get intimidated by on-bail internet trolls or the hollow threats of the Kejriwal gang. Let the law take its course!

I don’t need lessons on democracy, public discourse or decency from anyone, especially from @DrAMSinghvi . Decency and him can never be in the same room.

The real issue here pertains to a woman - who has nothing to do with politics - but has her character assassinated on national television using FORGED documents from other countries.

I am confident the courts will take note of this, sooner or later and the guilty will be punished for his brazen act of maligning a woman's character using false documents to influence electoral outcomes.

Also Dr Singhvi, it’s easy to speak on a platform where I am not present to respond. That is not called a debate- it is simply avoiding a fair exchange, one which you were espousing.

And let me be clear, this is just the beginning, not the end.
