Toasted Hoja Santa Pavlova is @mel.issasantiago’s debut dessert at Proxi, and it’s a true crowd-pleaser.
This crispy pavlova is stuffed with toasted almond and cherry pit whipped ganache, house-made marzipan, fresh cherries, and cherry Hoja Santa frozen yogurt.
Our Chocolate Marble Mochi Cake is swirled with chocolate and sencha green tea, infused with nutty genmaicha tea syrup, and enveloped in rich fudge frosting. Topped with puffed wild and basmati rice dragees and a scoop of genmaicha tea ice cream.
