I did not question the price increase after picking up the package because after opening the package I realized that the item that I purchased wasnt what they sent, they sent the headlights with bulbs, and i purchased them without, so i took it.

If a one thing I will do is, I will be closing my account with MyCart.
Bought some headlights online and chose to have it come in through them and they gave me a shipping weight of 20lb for a 13lb item and then increased the cost from $100 to $132.
Next thing, whenever i attempt to use the App, the Flow Care App @FLOWJamaica i could be the only person in the queue and I am told I have 0 minutes to wait for a support agent, yet 20 minutes later I am still waiting on a response.
What is going on, both online and
-face to face, @FLOWJamaica employees are just lacking in customer service?
I'd like to know.
Because I fail to understand how when working for call centers our workers have more decorum, than when dealing with its own citizens.
Because tell me why I collected the Gift Card from Flow, followed the process in activating and pinning the card, only for it to decline when used, and when checked at the ABM, told there is $0 available?
Is it just the free empty card that we are to receive @FLOWJamaica ?
My question is, why is it so hard to get in contact with someone at @FLOWJamaica
Like I have been attempting to contact these people for weeks on their support app and no response.
Why @DIGICELJamaica having issues processing bill payment. I just ended up paying 24k for a 12k bill because they are saying payment is not being reflected.
