@ScooterScottUSA@bavedikian@BestBuy@FedEx I concur. This has happened at least three times with me and Amazon sent me a new product. One time I received the original product like three months later, after I already had the replacement and Amazon said 🤷🏻♂️ keep it. Now I have a back up coffee maker.

BB can go after FedEx if they like but they neeed to make their customer whole with either a camera or a refund. Knowing what I know now why would I ever buy an expensive product from Best Buy?
