They are just copying the Ethanol scam run in US politics 20-30 years ago. Big Ag & Corn lobby, using Iowa caucus importance in POTUS race, got everyone to agree to injecting ethanol into fuel. Tho ethanol was more expensive. Resulting in huge windfall for Corn & Big Ag!
