"You are the PA of a top MP of India. Your sole reason to exist is to every day:
1. Wake up

4. Give tweet content on it for next few days till next buzzword appears
5. Rinse and repeat"
I can predict once the Russia-Ukraine peace deal is done, Trump will go after Venezuela hard with sanctions and try take out Maduro. If everything fails, a false flag and direct bombing-invasion will happen. Why will the US do it? The answer is below for you. Gn.
What scam has been so normalized? The guilt-tripping of successful doctors.
I know a Rheumatologist in my city.
• Full Private Practice (No Govt post/salary)
• 15 years of education + 10 years of grind.
• Sees 100 patients/day (Purely based on patient satisfaction).
He once posted that his annual income was ₹1.5 Cr.
The result? He was bashed, called a "thief," and bullied until he deleted his account.
Compare this to a 22-year-old IIT graduate bagging a ₹1.5 Cr package.
Society’s reaction: "Inspiration," "Pride of India," "Deserves it."
If a techie earns it, it’s 'Success.'
If a doctor earns it, it’s 'Robbery.'
Making a doctor feel guilty for being compensated for their expertise is the biggest scam in Indian society.
Misguiding journalism !
CPR is done only when a person is already clinically dead. The heart has stopped, oxygen has ceased, and every passing minute cuts survival by 10%.
To revive circulation, chest compressions must be forceful 5 to 6 cm deep which commonly causes rib fractures.
That’s not malpractice that’s procedure.
A broken rib is proof someone tried to bring life back, not the cause of death
Blaming CPR for death is like blaming a fire extinguisher for the fire. Misinformation like this doesn’t just distort facts it discourages lifesaving action and endangers society
When patients came to me with logic like this, I used to agree with them and tell them a personal story. I said, I normally keep my pillow on North side of bed. One night I placed pillow on South side. That night an earthquake in Latur killed 40,000. All because of my change of pillow placement. Never kept pillow like that again. No further earthquakes. Can't understand why ppl did not believe me. Same logic.
I used to believe educated, aware people would choose right instead of wrong. And then I saw that you can have all the resources in the world and still not be able to choose the right thing for yourself and your families in spite of every data pointing you in the right direction.
Day 30. One month of Silence. I will post this till I get a reply. Corrupt officers should be jailed for 15 years, corrupt Politicians for 30 years. All their property to be Auctioned. No government job for next 10 generations. We need this law.
Who will give it. Please tell.
@BJP4India or @INCIndia
Lokpal was a good counter measure, but is rotting now in luxury and greed. We don’t need uncles and babus leading such important organisations. We need young Indians, who know the actual problems of India making those decisions.
I offer my services without a single rupee to fix the rotten babu system. If not me, there are 100s of young Indians who can contribute to fix my country.
If you want to be silent, atleast make moves to fix the system. I get hundreds of disgusting corruption messages every day.
I just can’t sit silent. It has already been one month. 😭😭

Vaccines don't cause a person to fiant, they take time to act.
Fainting is likely due to fear associated with injections, or the sudden sharp pain caused by them.
As vaccines take time to act, they need to be given prior to disease onset of development of disease, in some cases, a lot longer. Hence, young girls and boys are given this.
HPV causes cervical cancer, which has virtually no definitive cure.
Everyone knows how deadly a Cancer is.
We have something that is protecting us against it, and we are still doubting it.
Yes, it is a human tendency to question, be curious. But do it at a level where all parties are well-informed, well-educated about the topic, and would proceed with good scientific debate conduct.
Raising such topics on a social media platform sparks rumours, conspiracy theories, and potentially disrupt ongoing activity, leading to more harm than benefit.
What was the purpose of the original tweet that started it?
"Creating awareness" is just not an answer.
What is the call-to-action?
Most will assume, at face value, that the vaccines are not to be taken.
No one will think to themselves, oh wow, a research paper, I will read it and do a meta analysis and make my own conclusions before proceeding. That happens on scientific platforms, not public ones.
Highly irresponsible, malicious tweet. The report clearly clarifies that medical professionals said it is because of garmi and ghabrahat, but all vitals are okay. These girls will now thankfully never get HPV or cervical cancer… but anyway I thought the concern was autism?
You are playing a very dangerous game. This is no longer “valid concerns” or “harmless questioning.” When doctors deviate from evidence-based practice, even slightly, they face professional censure and risk losing their license because the stakes are human lives.
If someone listens to voices like yours, rejects vaccination, and suffers preventable complications, who bears the consequences? It will still be doctors whom people blame (sometimes even violently) while those spreading misinformation walk away untouched.
Cherry-picking anecdotes and dismissing decades of global scientific consensus is not just skepticism, it is medically reckless. Vaccines are not a matter of opinion, they are one of the most rigorously studied public-health interventions in human history. Choosing which science to believe based on intuition, fear, or ideology is not science, it essentially amounts to the same harm as medical negligence.
You may believe your standpoint is harmless, but misinformation disproportionately harms those who lack access to healthcare, education, and treatment. India cannot afford erosion of vaccine confidence, not when preventable diseases can devastate families who cannot pay for hospitalization or long-term care.
Scientific training exists for a reason - to distinguish evidence from noise. Good intentions do not replace expertise, and caregiving experience, however valuable, does not grant the authority to make sweeping medical assertions. We earn our knowledge the hard way, starting from foundational principles, learning to separate causation from coincidence, and recognizing that individual anecdotes can never outweigh population-level data.
It is deeply unfortunate that biases absorbed elsewhere in other countries, with people who have never lived in India, are now being projected onto Indian public health realities. We are not a luxury-healthcare nation. We do not have the systemic cushioning to absorb avoidable outbreaks. Years of immunization efforts have built herd protection brick by brick; we cannot afford individuals chipping away at it because they misunderstand the science.
This isn’t about debate pride. This is about human lives. If you truly care about people, the ethical responsibility is not to spread unsupported claims, but to defer to established science when lives, especially of the vulnerable, are on the line.
Please do better.
Billionaire arrogance is the bane of this world. Every major country has a few of these men who think having made a lot of money and having millions of followers makes them an expert on everything.
If only he had any idea how much hard work it takes to push through progressive policies in a regressive society.
And look at the dogwhistle when he mentions sexual transmission and young age. Sick.
As a father to daughters, I take this extremely personally. I will give them the HPV vaccine, at the medically appropriate age, and I know that their sexual freedom is their business.
None of us need ill informed advice, especially someone like him.
Just 5 hrs after it was posted, I have just seen this very HPV msg from @svembu (QT'd by Dr Datta) forwarded in a large WA group, with the note from a concerned parent: Shocking if true.
Unfortunate that @svembu uses facts in a way that sows doubt and horror in peoples' minds and makes them forward conspiracy theories on WA.. influencing medical decisions that can cause harm.
Yes, these statements by Sridhar Vembu are true:
1. HPV is sexually transmitted. It does not transmit via regular contact or even hugging.
Right! And HPV can kill. It can cause cervical and other cancers. Vaccination has significantly reduced HPV-related infections and cervical cancer rates worldwide.
2. We are giving it to very young girls in India
Of course. But why? Why is the HPV vaccine given to girls (and boys) before they become sexually active? To let their bodies develop immunity before exposure to the virus. It can be given to adults if not given earlier, though it is most effective when given at a younger age.
With the sheer influence he has, Mr Vembu has done significant damage to the vaccine cause. There are parents here who are already rethinking giving the HPV vaccine to their kids.
@DipshikhaGhosh@theliverdoc@DrJoyeeta
Dear @svembu, I am really a well wisher and a long time follower of yours! And I wish the best for you and Zoho! I even know many in your health team and shared dais with them.
The problem which the medical community has with your post is that, while you are educated and understand data science, 90% of the population are not educated enough to have an informed decision regarding vaccines.
You are an influencer. You want to keep a safe image or not is irrelevant.
People will use your tweet as a reference to increase the stigma against vaccination (which already persists in rural areas).
WhatsApp forums have already started amplifying these.
We don’t want an anti vaccination movement in India which ruins decades of our progress which we have made.
We are already seeing measles outbreak in the USA. I request you with pleading hands not to let that happen in India. 🙏
We respect your opinion and take. But I want to remind you of the great power and responsibility you have while you make tweet which can have unprecedented domino effect on the healthcare of the country!
Many doctors are asking Sridhar ji to delete his post. I am of the opinion all sides should be heard, even if the person does not have a medical background. Mere opinions should never be censored. People should be able to hear all PoVs on any subject.
But I DO NOT agree with @Svembu.
Now, I can go on and on about the filmsy, questionable study he has quoted. I can bore you talking about the science and many technical and medical things. It wouldn't matter much in the end for you.
So I am just going to keep this simple.
Let's just assume for the sake of this post that the study is showing some small but real causation risk of Autism due to vaccines (it is not).
Still, I am more than happy for my children to get, in a rare chance, Autism and may be become Elon Musk, or may be lose out in life, than them suffering from Polio.
I am more than happy for my grandchildren to acquire, by a small chance, Autism and may be become Magnus Carlson, or a may be loser in life, than them to get Tetanus and die just playing in the mud injuring their fingers.
Hope I am making some sense to parents out here.
Vaccines have saved and are saving thousands of lives. They really protect children from severe and life threatening diseases. They keep our societies safe from such diseases.
Don't become like some of those ignorant MAGA racist radicals and endanger your children or community by totally rejecting vaccines as some conspiracy. (Yeah, I am the one, your conspiracy theorist No. 1, saying this).
This is my informed view and advise on this. You can feel free to criticize me, reject me, call me some deep state vaccine agent, call @narendramodi ji also the same, and do what you want. Of course, it is your right.
But speaking of conspiracy, let me give you my hunch on what the DS wants to do.
DS saw how effective India's fight against Covid was using homegrown vaccines, and how it failed to break India during that time which it badly wanted to as planned.
So it is now planting FUD (fear, uncertanity, doubt) about both Indian vaccines and vaccines in general. Then when it brings the next pandemic, it will use your FUD on vaccines to ensure India is decimated without you taking the required vaccine.
I am definitely not suggesting Vembu ji is doing some DS propaganda here. He has his own concerns about vaccines, and he's also talking about "too many vaccines" (like they do in western countries to fight seasonal flu etc due to big pharma profits).
So take him and me both the right way and make up your mind. And I will appreciate if you walk the moderate way thinking for yourself.
Vaccines save lives.
Dear Indians, your life has ZERO value.
FSSAI banned ORSL because it contains high sugar and does not comply with the WHO formula, as it is dangerous for health.
Then the ORSL company said, “Please, sir, we have ₹180 crore worth of stock. Please let us sell it.”
The court said, Okay, sell it.
So, this ₹180 crore stock of a big billionaire company has more value than the health of 140 crore Indians.
dear indians, your life officially has zero value.
this orsl episode is a classic case of how india’s systems protect money over health.
ask fssai, they’ll shrug and say it was a court ruling.
ask the court, they’ll say “fssai didn’t appeal.” by the time the file moves, the sales will be done and the stock will be cleared and the so-called “unsafe product” will already be consumed by the same public it was banned for.
this is how things play out here
delay the appeal, stretch the case, let the market move on. 5 years later, when the verdict finally comes, there’s nothing left to fix but only damage that can’t be undone.
until then, every citizen is just a line of revenue in someone’s spreadsheet.
that’s it.
that’s the summary of how health decisions are made in this country.
welcome to vishwaguru.
