Fell of the bike a few weeks ago. Probably fractured something. Didn't take off work, well, not much. Didnt see a doc. I couldn't. I completeled 25 miles of cycling a few days after this. Moved into a new home without movers. Im beyond exhausted. I wish my son was here.

@madeinamerica Do you not see the mental gymnastics? Its hilarious that you don't realize you're so pardoning of your one child's wants to repay you while your other ask for help and you scoff. All because of a fundamental difference in beliefs you couldn't gap. Nice parenting haha

I was so sick, we hadn't realized what had happened. It was only until I broke the fever that the realization struck me getting out of bed that morning. I cried instantly upon waking up from a dream of death. I knew something was terribly wrong.

My health deteriorating from that event and the financial impact of it led to a series of events. In the end, Gael suffered in the womb with us. Even after all my efforts to stop the spread of COVID, both at work and at home, were spit back in my face.

Playing Death Stranding has been a chaotic experience of growth. On the one hand, I am riveted by the story & gameplay, while on the other hand I am constantly battling the grief of being reminded that I miss my son. Something that gets me filled up and empty, at the same time.
