Seriously this is so bad in like ten ways.

If you get caught in an arm triangle from half you can lock down the opponent's trapped leg and prevent them from passing since they can't use their arms to aid in it.

"Answering the phone" is just delaying the inevitable but she had ~20 seconds to turn in while her arm was still pushing away on Ming's head (prior to this highlight starting).

Makes 0 effort to use her free hand for anything productive other than "getting ready to tap" lol."

I'm way too fired up about this for how early it is but with 0 exaggeration my 8-year-old daughter would've done better in that situation
