@LGUS How come it's impossible to get a user manual for the gram 17? It's not on my machine and when I try to download it I'm taken to the Microsoft Store where I have to download a non-working app. Why can't I just get a PDF?

@msonenote I've used it right from the start and continue to use it every day. I'm a blogger and copywriter and use it to keep records of ideas and research. And I'm a family history researcher so it's an ideal way of cataloging my discoveries.
