One of the best resources for adventure and campaign ideas is the Monster Manual (the AD&D 2e Monstrous Manual being my favorite). Just look at the Remorhaz (topical to my Realms campaign due to the proximity to the Glacier of the White Worm). Eggs are valued at 500gp. The heat secretion thrym is worth 5-10gp to alchemists per flask harvested (10 flasks per HD of the creature). So an adventure party can specialize in getting eggs or parts from monsters. A merchant house can be set up or they contract out to NPCs looking for these things. It’s a book of endless quest hooks. ⚔️ #DnD #ttrpg #ADnD
