@andrewjgriffin@Sainsburys_Bank Hi Andrew, It’s in the policy wording when you purchased and as we only deal with brokers, if buying a pukka policy, the policy admin is done by your broker and the claims handlers are a third party. This info is all available when purchasing. We will help in any way that we can
