Dear Turkish Minister of Justice @abakingurlek,
Richard Heart is innocent. A U.S. federal judge decided there was NO FRAUD.
Calling him a “$1B internet fraudster” is a lie.
President Trump loves crypto. You can’t just abduct a U.S. citizen and expect silence.
Your lie, now under review on Community Notes, creates a problem for your 32 billionaires and the United States.

ProveX pushed v1.11.0 to https://t.co/8g83TDrpzK this morning.
Built 9:11 AM ET, commit b1eba14. That's 2 releases in 3 days, right after v1.10.0 on Oct 16.
$PRVX ~$0.0000316, down ~9% on the day, ~$40M FDV.
My take: Richard's detained in Istanbul and the devs are still shipping. That's the whole point of building it…. to run without him.
The only people who seem to know what is actually happening are part of the Piteas team who speak native Turkish and live in Turkey.
The supposed Turkish media outlets talking about the case are not news ... they are like thinking that the National Inquirer is news ... it isn't.

there’s so much absolute nonsense flying around right now. have you guys completely lost your minds?
we’re in touch with the guys of our team who lives in Turkey, and they’ve also tried getting information through local sources, but that’s simply not how things work here. there’s currently a confidentiality order on the investigation, and the only realistic way to get information is through Richard’s lawyers or an official statement to the press. the initial detention period is usually around 3-4 days, although in certain circumstances it can be extended to 7. eventually, though, a decision has to be made on whether to formally arrest him or release him.
from what we can tell, this detention appears to be part of a domestic investigation rather than an Interpol operation, but nothing is confirmed. some of you are taking a name found on a gun permit and making all kinds of ridiculous claims based on a name match. that’s just stupid. the name is extremely common, basically like John Doe. it could be the name Richard adopted if he obtained Turkish citizenship, or it could have absolutely nothing to do with him. we simply don't know.
looking at the photos published in the news, there are also indications that a woman and a little girl may have been living in the same house. a pink jacket, handwritten notes that look like someone practicing English, etc. but the guns? that part is still hard to make sense of.
anyway, we’re trying to get information about the case, but the confidentiality order makes everything much harder. so if you genuinely want answers, please try reaching out to his lawyers instead of inventing random theories. the attorneys who represented him in the SEC case might still be representing him. get facts, not theories!
we’ve seen dozens of similar operations in Turkey over the past year or two. there’s practically news about financial crime investigations every single day. what we don't know is exactly which category this particular case falls into.
also, let’s clear up a few things. i’ve seen people claiming that if Richard is a Turkish citizen, extradition would be impossible. that's not necessarily true. whether extradition happens can depend on the circumstances and discussions between the two governments. please stop taking a couple of legal provisions and presenting your interpretation as an absolute fact. there are plenty of real-world cases that show how complicated these things can be. seized materials are held as part of the investigation, and Turkey isn't quite the third-world country some of you seem to imagine. a few corrupt cops can't just walk away with the seized assets, nor can someone simply throw a few million dollars in bribes around and magically walk free. if we can find out the actual charges and details of the investigation, then we can start answering the real question: what happens next? he could face trial without being held in custody, be released under a travel ban while proceedings continue, be remanded in custody, or be released entirely.
the only thing that really hurts is knowing he was so close to us and we didn't even have a single line of communication with him. we're ready to do whatever we legally can to help, but we can't stand against the rule of law. if he's released pending trial and needs a place to stay around here, our doors are open. a home, a hotel, whatever he needs. we genuinely hope he's innocent and gets released.
so please, try contacting his lawyers for actual information, or seek assistance through the US consulate in Turkey. unfortunately, the confidentiality order on the case means there's very little we can do from here right now.
we’ll do our best to stay updated.

People on #PulseChain are starting to worry about missing alt season. The chart is bleeding 🩸 and the exit door looks tempting.
By the time they jump to the next shiny thing, the PulseChain train will be leaving without them.
And the emptier the wagons, the faster it goes.
I genuinely think this alt season is going to shock a LOT of people.
And then you add $PulseChain having its first real cycle into the mix…
Yeah, I don’t think people are ready for what's about to happen.. 🎇🎇🚀

I've seen tons of people leave and/or just give up, not just our community here on PulseChain.
Crypto is not for the weak of heart. Many communities die out. People gey impatient.
However, PulseChain is anti-fragile.
The more people try to break us, the more we dig in. 👊
Guys. I launched this. I built this. And I’m absolutely thrilled about where this is going.
Who is Richard Heart? We are going to relearn that together.
