A multicenter study validated the long-term prognostic value of angio-based FFR in CCS. 3-vessel QFR/μQFR<2.75 was an independent predictor of bad prognosis. Meanwhile, ~18% patients were assesed by one-projection based #2D#μFR, due to the lack of two appropriate projections.
