The #COVID19 pandemic has only increased the need for healthcare professionals.
There is a backlog of thousands of Canadian physiotherapy graduates because of an 18-month delay in administering licensing exams (which have been cancelled or postponed 4 times).

@DrDunning Iโm trying to understand your point of view here with this postโฆ Are you suggesting that empowering people to become stronger versions of themselves is somehow harmful and outside the realm of physical therapy?
@PhysioCan As a profession we need to rally together and take a stand for our new grad and internationally trained colleagues. There is already more than enough stress and fear from the pandemic. Adding this additional layer is not acceptable or fair for the future of our profession!
@PhysioCan This is completely unacceptable... The stress on these new grads has been 10/10 for over a year now. They have been practicing competently for months - give them their accreditation and move on to worrying about how CAPR can do better next year already.
Oooh no. @HotBellyMamas is a PTBO institution. We try to go every time we play in town. Give this a read if you love southern cooking and can lend a hand.

@TriciaMason_ We are not on the front line - but happy to discuss how COVID-19 has impacted our practice - transitioning from in-clinic care to virtual tele-health sessions to maintain our rehab programs with our current patients throughout this physical distancing phase.
