@CaptainHambrglr@SayWhatUrban@ZeekArkham So, I just thought that it obviously didn't sway the jury... However, the more that I began to read about the video evidence shown to the jury, it also appeared to indicate that the video presented was after the incident... I find that very strange.
@CaptainHambrglr@SayWhatUrban@ZeekArkham That's an excellent question... That's what I've been trying to figure out.
I kept hearing about this mysterious video, which was waiting to be released, but then all of a sudden there was a guilty verdict. Plus, I was informed that the jury had already seen the video evidence.
@TACwaffle@amyfromatown@MotherJones They might even have every motivation imaginable to lie about their involvement, since that could also implicate them in violently assaulting Karmelo, as well.
Imagine if you were just trying to find some temporary respite, and then a bunch of meatheads started harassing you?
@TACwaffle@amyfromatown@MotherJones In addition, the majority of those witnesses were also on the same athletic team, apparently. But you don't see that as biased? If the counter narrative is to be believed, then perhaps those other fellow teammates of Austin became hostile to Karmelo, after he was asked to leave.
@TACwaffle@amyfromatown@MotherJones The so-called activist in that video is a female. Did you even watch the video? Who's really being biased here? If there are multiple videos and the jury didn't see a particular one, which could also exonerate Karmelo, then I see that as a problem.
@TACwaffle@amyfromatown@MotherJones Apparently, there's another witness other than that allegedly (I haven't verified it for myself, as of yet) convicted Sex offender:

@uubzu Did you know that Karmelo Anthony recused a 6-year-old from drowning in a public pool, when he was 14 years old?
That Nigger sounds like a real monster, the more that I think about it. LOL!
@guardpilot@amyfromatown@MotherJones I just reread her comment again, for the 10th time... I still cannot find where she wrote that it was "an all-white jury."
This is the closest thing that I could find: "why didn’t the jury with no Black people even see that video?"
@amyfromatown@MotherJones They literally went through the video with witnesses testifying about what was happening in it. And the jury was not “all white”. What are you taking about? Every witness said Anthony was the aggressor, even defense witnesses.
@guardpilot@amyfromatown@MotherJones The point that she was making is that there were no Black Jurors. Whether or not there were non-White Jurors is irrelevant, to her point.
But what I did find interesting about your point, is that the Jurors did see the surveillance videos. I thought that they didn't see them.
