Which of your trading rules costs you the most money?
PumpJournal shows you. Plan vs reality on every trade, setups with real stats, exchange auto-sync, and traders who show their losses too.

One year since 10/10. $19B+ liquidated in a day. If you were trading then, your journal from that week is the most honest lesson you own. If you weren't journaling, start before the next one.
Most traders journal their wins and quietly delete the rest.
PumpJournal keeps every trade, losers included:
• exchange auto-sync
• your plan vs what actually happened
If your PnL screenshot only shows green, you're marketing, not reviewing.

@tashamulti Best thing to do before tomorrow: write down your max leverage and your stop for every open position. If you can't fill that in, you already know what to do.
@dgmarketss A simple rule that works: after a stop-out, no new position for 30 minutes. Write the rule down and log every time you break it. That count will tell you more than any setup.
@ChaseTheGem Nice hit. Would be great to see the stopped-out calls in the same format too. A win rate over the last 30 signals says way more than one +80% card.
@awatrading4 One trick that helped: tag every rule break right after the trade ("revenge", "moved SL"). Seeing the same tag 4 times in a week hits harder than any quote about discipline.
@t0mbfx@TakeProfitLLC Respect for logging the blown accounts too. Tip: write the plan before each entry and the "why" after exit. Six months in, that gap between plan and fact is the most valuable data you'll have.
@zaruww Or you just can use PumpJournal absolutely free and get all features absolutely FREE!
And more over, your trades could automatically synced from exchange by API.
Stop typing trades into a spreadsheet.
Open a position on your exchange and it shows up in your journal: entry, size, live P&L.
You add the setup and the checklist. Close it, and the result lands on its own.
Read-only API keys. We can never trade or withdraw.
Your trades. Your format.
Inline, cards or a table: one journal, three ways to read it.
Open any trade for the plan vs. fact, your setup checklist, notes and every stop move.
Filter by pair, side or status in two clicks.
Spreadsheets were never built for trades.
Share the trade. Not your account size.
Turn any trade in Pump Journal into a clean card:
→ horizontal or vertical
→ pick the fields: entry, exit, stop, R:R, hold time
→ P&L in $ or %
→ PNG or a link
Most traders don't need a new strategy.
They need to see which rule they keep breaking.
Pump Journal: log the plan and the outcome of every trade, tick your setup checklist, and see what breaking your rules actually costs you.
