@JasonAmo20@mryoung151@Mike26025297205@DemocraticWins It's more that it amounts to a poll tax, which is unconstitutional...not that women are stupid...It's that it creates unnecessary hurdles for people... Especially when the credible evidence shows that undocumented people don't vote like it is being claimed.
@MixedHandedLeo@mryoung151@Mike26025297205@DemocraticWins My Real ID has my ex husband's last name because I never changed it after my divorce since I have sole custody of my kids and I wanted to ensure we had the same last name...
@grablekelly05@DemocraticWins I also had a work requirement in order to get to the cash aid...either at least part time work or proof that I did 20 hours of job hunting/interviews ect. No child born within a year from being on it would qualify...The notion that people are living cushy lives from it is tired.
@grablekelly05@DemocraticWins How much do y'all think people get? I was on cash aid and food stamps when I went through my divorce. I had 0 income and 3 minor kids, so 4 people total. I got around 600 a month in cash and around the same in food stamps. You have 4 years, for your entire LIFE to get cash.
@catturd2 No, because none of us walk around with Bill Clinton hats, regurgitating every lie and praising him like some sort of orange idol... Literally all of them, Dems and Republicans need to be held accountable for any abuses they've committed, point blank period.
@elonmusk He's too smart to know that this is a straw man argument. At the end of the day, his family has a history of this crap, and his heart goes out to you, if you catch my drift.
@wapitidude@RubenGallego Obamacare is not free healthcare...It's literally the Affordable Care Act...which we paid for. We received some tax credits to lessen the cost of premiums with the amount differing based on income and the insured people in your household, but it still costs money to have...
@na60102@stuartpstevens It's the job where Jesus said "I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me a drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me?" Or maybe, "The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native born. Love them as yourself?" If so, he should be fired...
@macklinh@rothschildmd Sure, if they willingly publish information that they knew was incorrect and it can be proven that not only was it known to be false but caused damage...hence Fox.
@macklinh@rothschildmd No, but they differ from freedom of press and freedom of speech which deal with what the government can do. Slander and libel are recourses a private person or a company can use again someone willingly and knowingly spreading misinformation that causes damage.
@ChrisBrowneCFA@rothschildmd Business, enough so that it causes them negative consequences, you can be sued in court. According to the 1st Amendment we are to have free press, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, and the right to believe in any religion, or not, with no preference given to any religion.
@ChrisBrowneCFA@rothschildmd There is a difference between freedom of speech and slander. Freedom of speech, protected in the 1st Amendment says the government can't come arrest you or something for saying something they don't agree with...Now, if you knowingly say something that is untrue about a person or
@faiiangi I only dealt with this when I was a kid, as a teenager I didn't care what happened to me. Every time I felt like giving up a fight, I remembered the things I already made it though and I refused to let them win. I refused to say I made it through those hellish things for nothing.
