@16thSMA SMA, these conversations have to have a starting point. Can a G shop push out some social data/statistics related to extremism so leaders know which way to drive? “How is this affecting the Army? Who are our most vulnerable population? Who are affected?” (WRT the Army)

Still trying to figure out this #talentmanagement the Army speaks of. The Army spent over $10k sending me to get certified in LSS Black Belt, Group Practice Manager, and Healthcare Administration. I’m also a LPN. Oh and I’m a Program Manager for P3T. ...but guess where I work?
