Amazon FBA wholesale Business model

Amazon now lets sellers connect Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop to Seller Central and ship every order through FBA.

One dashboard, the Prime badge on your own site, and up to 25% off fulfillment for six months.

If you're already on FBA, that's an easy yes. So a lot of brands will move everything over.

Then one of them gets suspended. A complaint, a flagged listing, an automated review that got it wrong. If you've sold on Amazon long enough, you've been there.

Their Walmart and Shopify stores are still live. But the inventory behind both is sitting in Amazon's buildings, under the account that just got shut off.

So they'll call me to ask how quickly they can get a 3PL live.

The harder part of that conversation is explaining that they spent years spreading across three platforms so no single one could take them down, then handed all three back to Amazon for a discount
