We’ve got the man himself @CoreyGanim back on the podcast and this episode goes deep into the future of AI, Amazon FBA, and automation.
We break down why Corey walked away from a $16M Amazon business, how he’s building AI systems today, and the exact workflows Amazon sellers can use right now to save time and increase efficiency.
We also cover Claude, AI skills, speed-to-lead systems, supplier outreach automation, and how AI is changing marketing forever.
In this episode:
Why Amazon FBA still has massive opportunity
AI workflows for wholesale and online arbitrage
How to automate repetitive tasks with Claude
The future of VAs and AI assistants
Building AI systems that actually make money
The goal was 100k but ran out of some inventory. Margin of 14.4% even with more returns then normal which should be adjusted down once a bunch are deemed sellable. Need a couple key things to come together this week in order to blow past 100k.
@OperationAMZ been a huge help in navigating a very complex case reguarding my big brand exclussive.
I was once one of those over the hill guys who said Gen Z is lazy and don’t want to work hard until I started selling on Amazon. I quickly learned I couldn’t have been more wrong. It’s not 1998 where my generation was starting brick and mortar businesses that were easily visible. But that doesn’t mean they are building their own empires 👏
From packing FBM orders out of my bedroom in 2024.
To two years later doing $375k in my last 30d on Amazon.
Where I operate fully remote - never touching product, with a team of 5 VA's, and 400% growth compared to 2025.
Amazon Online Arbitrage changed my life.
Scalable systems, team building, and long-term thinking changed my trajectory.
Now I'm teaching others my same model, whether you are starting out or scaling your own Arbitrage business.
Comment or DM “OA” and I’ll send the details.
In today’s episode we interviewed @Dyson1Allen. He went from flipping sneakers and doing retail arbitrage to building a multi-business e-commerce operation at just 21 years old. In this episode, he breaks down his journey through Amazon wholesale, private label, TikTok Shop, Whatnot live selling, and the painful lessons that came from losing over $40,000 overnight.
We also dive into brand building, content creation, scaling warehouses, investor relationships, and why live selling may become the future of e-commerce.
hey @amznsellerhelp 4 hours in a chat and on the phone with your help desk to merge two ASINS and both times you merge them backwards. Your killing me! and the fact i cant get on a phone call with someone who can actually make decisions on the catalogue team is ridiculous!
@michaelpatron0 him and @cleartheshelf are a treasure chest of 10-20 yrs of experience. No shade to the guys killing it after 3 years but you dont become a master of your craft until you have done it for 10 yrs plus
Biggest and probably cleanest day I have had on amazon. And it was just a random friday. Just have to start stacking days like this over and over #Amazon#amazonfba
@JHartFlips I don’t think it’s any different from when we were kids. Our parents called us lazy. Their parents called them lazy. Selling on Amazon is what made me really proud of Gen Z. They are doing the work just not as visible as driving a landscaping truck
This is an interview we’ve been waiting to get for a while! We got the man himself, @itsScottNeedham. If you don’t know Scott, he’s done over 400M in sales on Amazon lifetime and founded SmartScout. We went to their offices and filmed an in person interview with Scott. This one is filled with tons of value. Listen in!
