@Verizon been waiting on a "next-day" supervisor call back for 3 weeks. Worst customer experience I've ever had.

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@VerizonSupport who can I contact regarding customer experience?

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@astrobotic Navajo Nation =1 Astrobotic = 0

@madebygoogle

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@madebygoogle Why do you guys refuse to adjust your temp swing settings half a degree?

Premature failure of my HVAC system due to a half degree temp swing is not the correct answer. That's just an excuse to be lazy.

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@madebygoogle Reboot did nothing.
The heater turns on. It just turns on too late. If I adjust it up one deg, it runs until it is too hot. But if Google adjusted the temperature reading half of a degree down, this thing would operate properly. Looking to switch to @Honeywell_Home as we speak

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@madebygoogle That thermostat hits 69deg, one would expect the heat to kick on within 1-2 mins, no? As opposed to the 10 mins I have always experienced. Makes me wonder if Google employees aren't using their own product, because this is not efficient.

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@madebygoogle I can troubleshoot whatever you want me to troubleshoot, but this is a known issue, across several forums and Reddit. Just let people adjust their own temp swing up 1 deg +/-

@ActuallyEmerson Your reactions make this 10x better!!! My gf and I were dying 😂😂😂

They found my bag in Arizona! From LA to Dublin, Ireland and somehow the bag eneded up in Arizona. I'm over the moon!

The best advice I can give for those missing bags...dont fly @AirCanada again!

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@queenchristabel @AirCanada @B2022 Unfortunately, you most likely will not get your bags in time. I'm on day 50 since they've lost mine @DublinAirport

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@AirCanada day 42...

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@indyrestscene @AirCanada You won't. I'm on day 36 with no sign of my bag amd no contact from anyone. My first bag was returned to my house in California, on day 3 of my 13 day trip. It was left behind my front door.

@VerizonSupport If I call @att right now and get tech support on the phone...

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@VerizonSupport Got it! Sent the same message in through DM.

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@Verizon why does dialing 611 says your center's are currently closed, when you claim to have 24/7 customer service?

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@VerizonSupport Ok. How do I a reach a live person on the phone?

[DMoney @Punx_Life]

@AdelorCaines @AirCanada Good luck! We're missing a wedding dress from 6/9. No one answers, no one replies, no one @AirCanada seems to care.
