I really like the word "cultivate" are we CULTIVATING a culture in our classrooms where students are asking questions (to the teacher, of each other, of themselves!)?

This is vitally important. Great harm will result if testing shapes children's and teachers' re-entry to in-person schooling. The question should be: How do we create healthy re-entry to in-person schooling, taking a broad view of "healthy." @TeachingWorks
