Does anyone else try to persuade their brain into not wanting food?
Like mantras saying you dont like or enjoy food, and that its a chore?
Or am I just weird...

My intake when im maintaining is up to 1950. When im losing its ~1500.
I can comfortably burn 300-800 cals per day (plus 1550 bmr) so I cant be doing like 200 intake lol :,)
Ive got a deficit of 1270 today atm (intake 1072, burned 792)
but i really wanna eat something even though im not physically hungry, even though im 3 hours into my IF window
I dont know wether to eat or not :,,D
@auriana_bunnie I wear XS shirts/tops/hoodies, but I do NOT think my legs are anywhere near that small.
(Also I think men's clothes come up bigger so maybe im an S in women's?)

I dont think this is attainable for most people financially or if they work 9-5 Especially not with health issues (because you cant pay for healthcare either)
You can walk/run and get sunlight
But the content of what you eat+ when you do things is financially dependent
And the management of the global crisis regarding pandemic disagreements and political climates debating rights and laws for the future.

When looking at the voters apathy, with the democratic party it was deliberate and concise with the statistical readings that showed a clear alignment with the HMRC tax returns, 9-5 working. It is vital that people listen to health care and court hearings when debating politics

I gained back a lot over the past year. And I just realised that my weight before I gained back was 18.9 BMI at 56.6kg
THEY'RE BOTH SUCH PRETTY NUMBERS IM SO UPSET.
Im back at 19.7 again... time to speed run 2.5kg i guess :,D

water on an empty stomach (I dont know much about this but people say it works well)
making sure your fiber is ideal (aka, not huge amounts more than youre used to, but also you need some to make things move)
Walking can help too :)

itโs too early to workout but i canโt focus on studying AAA

Some of us have been on here for YEARS.
I'd be dead six times over from malnutrition if I had done that lol.
Also, often people with that kind of limit are always going over it, and binging. So its really not worth it imo
