@KotakBankLtd Hi My help at home has a Zero Balance Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account. Whenever she deposits money, it is getting deducted. A lien of Rs.620/- is visible on the account with no details and she has no information about it. Tried reaching on CC but no help.
Hey @Swiggy, my parents run a cloud kitchen listed on both your platform and Zomato. While orders on Zomato are steady, Swiggy brings very few, sometimes none — even with discounts. Plus, ad deductions are so high that their weekly payouts are just in hundreds
while spending thousands. They’ve had to stop ads now. Could you please look into this? Plus there is delivery staff issues who come late for pick up and then deliver in haphazard manner resulting in customer complaints. We lost a regular customer due to this. Pls look into this.
@SBICard_Connect Your recovery goons are frantically calling me to recover money from me for a credit card which I don’t own. They are arguing and harassing me. On answering they talk in rubbish and unapologetic manner.

Running absolutely fine except for auto-scrolling of touchpad. My 3 hours got wasted with a ruined laptop. I told the technician to send an engineer but he is not willing! Who is gonna pay for a ruined laptop when I had only touchpad issues?

@Swiggy@SwiggyCares My restaurant is available on your platform. I am not running ads still deductions have happened from the payout. There is no ad running in active/ upcoming tab but still deductions happen. Now I cannot stop this as it is not visible in active/ upcoming tab.

Hi @zomato My restaurant is losing on orders because it says your delivery partners are busy. My customers called to inform me that they see my restaurant as not accepting orders, whereas I am open to accept orders.
I have already invested in ads - paid Rs.19/- per click and still I get this msg when I check my restaurant on your app! This is not at all acceptable that I pay in ads, keep our restaurant open and you display it as closed.
