A top executive from a famous entertainment agency recently committed another sexual offense. The victim lost sight in one eye completely, but the court decided not to detain him.

The agency executive picked up a heavily intoxicated woman, sexually assaulted her in his car, and then abandoned her next to a utility pole.

When the police found her, she had severe facial injuries, was bleeding heavily, and her eye was protruding.

She was urgently transported to the hospital where she was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage, skull fracture, and optic nerve damage. Although brain surgery and facial bone surgery saved her life, her left eye was permanently blinded.

He was sentenced to 2 years in prison in 2021 for committing sexual crimes against five women, including luring them, sexual assault, quasi-forcible sexual assault, secret filming, and trespassing.

So, the police applied for an arrest warrant twice, but the court denied both of his arrest warrant requests. The court said, “He does not even know her phone number, so there is no risk of reoffending.”
