@ThreeUKSupport you 100% need to improve your service advisors. He didn't understand a word I was saying and repeatedly sent me text verification instead of email because he didn't know the difference. Asked me 4 verification forms and still couldn't verify me!!

WOMAN.. DOCTOR WOMAN. Just tell me what else it could be if its not my kidneys.

She didn't even do a urine sample and just gave me antibiotics willy nilly.

Honestly NHS is really panning.

Today I saw a doctor about a UTI and ongoing kidney pains,she pressed on my bladder and pushed around my back at my kidneys.
I said it didn't hurt but I feel them (if that makes sense..)

I also asked her what else it could be and she just shrugged at shook her head and said "just back pain.. like you get on your period".

I explained its not like that, it's one side and when I get UTI'S or start to feel dehydrated.

"It could be lots of things.."
