I went into settings to opt out for this, but then I had a feeling. I clicked out of the tab and then clicked back in and it had opted BACK IN.

I clicked it off AGAIN then went to a different page... but the feeling was still there. Checking back: still optd in!

Opted out ONE FINAL TIME and this time it took. Had I not double and triple checked I would have stayed opted in DESPITE ASKING TWICE. And mind you: there is no "save" option, its supposed to just remember preferences as you make them
